Job Requirements:
Must have:
· valid driver's license and clean driver’s abstract
· Computer literate with the ability to learn new software
· able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
· able to walk/stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
· Able to wear respiratory and PPE when needed.
· clean background check.
· Weekend availability and flexible hour availability as we are an emergency service.
Nice to have:
· Restoration experience
· experience in carpentry, painting, finishing, demolition
· IICRC certification
