Location: Guelph, ON

Starting hourly pay at $25-30/hr. 


Restoration Technician


Includes following remediation and restoration procedures for a range of restorations such as fire, water, smoke, and mould damage to property

Maintain company standards, and company equipment and tools 

Conduct minor demolition 

Collect and record detailed documentation about the job

Job Requirements: 


Must have:

· valid driver's license and clean driver’s abstract

· Computer literate with the ability to learn new software

· able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. 

· able to walk/stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces. 

· Able to wear respiratory and PPE when needed. 

· clean background check. 

· Weekend availability and flexible hour availability as we are an emergency service. 


Nice to have:

· Restoration experience

· experience in carpentry, painting, finishing, demolition

· IICRC certification

Main purpose of job:

Manage all incoming communication and directing to the appropriate department, ensure documentation for files and invoicing is complete and accurate, and assist with other tasks as needed.


Main tasks of job:

  • Answer main phone line and direct calls
  • Invoicing
  • CRM Data Entry
  • QuickBooks Data Entry
  • Physical File management
  • Receipt of payments
  • Create and edit process documents
  • Create and maintain of sales lists in coordination with sales department
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Calendar coordination
  • Appointment booking

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Excellent Receptionist Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite

Main purpose of the job:

As BDA, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and maintaining relationships with current clients, and generating company growth through sales and market expansion.


Main tasks of the job:

  • Generate sales and revenue – end-to-end sales activities from initial contact to signed contract.
  • Market research and analysis- Gather and analyze data on market trends, customer preferences and competitors to inform decisions and identify areas for growth.
  • Identify and qualify leads – evaluate the needs and budget of potential clients to ensure alignment with Restore Canada’s goals
  • Build and maintain client relationships – regular communication with clients to ensure an understanding of their needs, address concerns and nurture long-term satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – work with the operations and marketing teams to ensure the sales activities align with the company values and ensure client satisfaction.

Licenses, registrations and qualifications: 

  • Full clean driving abstract.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of the restoration/construction business is preferred.
